🎯 Why? This is a crucial role that will manage and develop the current Customer Success team, guiding them into reaching their full potential while successfully working closely with the region's e-commerce clients. 

About the job

  • The Customer Success team leader  will be leading a team of 3 CSMs that covers onboarding, auditing, and supporting existing clients across Europe.
  • Provide the team members with training, tactical and strategic support. 
  • Lead the team to growth of client portfolio and thus company's revenue. 
  • Manage a portfolio of clients by identifying the clients' challenges and providing partnership support. 
  • The team is very supportive, helpful, and collaborative and you would take care of our bigger e-commerce clients
  • You, together with the team, can expect to help our clients with onboarding, strategies, audits, and creative ideas to perform well
  • The role has a big potential in growth, to help you learn more from digital and product marketing and management
  • Ideally, we expect you to have at least 4 years of experience of managing/overseeing and/or executing Facebook Ads - but we are open for talented people so if you have an interest in Social Media and very strong customer-centric experience we are happy to meet you
